I grabbed a 360 for $15. It has been pried apart, but the mobo is fine, I have some more parts from an old RROD(cracked Mobo) I should be able to get the console up and running.
Bought some stuff, Modded a PSU
I bought some thermal paste, a nice heat plate and some copper RAM heatsinks, a grounding bracelet, and some Epoxy. I should really start to work on this project more.
More work done.
Got the screen apart, I should be ready to put the font of the case on with bondo, it will be a tight fit.

Picked up three atari 2600 Mobo’s, Ordered the screen for my N64, should be coming in soon.
Lost the second heatsink
That little heatsink that I made a while back, well, I lost it, and the penny, so that means that I will have to make another one, and go buy some thermal paste, I really didn’t want to have to go buy some, but I guess it is needed…
